Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Forum Date: 5 Dec 2022

Introduction to TALE 2022

TALE is the IEEE Education Society’s premier conference series in the Asia-Pacific region (Region 10). In the last decade, TALE has grown to become one of the major international engineering education conferences. We shall be celebrating TALE’s 10th anniversary in 2022, paving the way for its next decade. In the last two years, there have been big changes in education. The global educational landscape has been reshaped, a new normal is emerging and innovative learning opportunities have been created. In order to make more learner-centered, active and scalable, cutting-edge educational technologies and educational development practices are required. TALE 2022 aims to provide a forum for scholars and practitioners to share their knowledge and experience in engineering and technology education, as well as in technology-enabled educational innovation across a variety of disciplines.

Introduction to Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Forum

This postgraduate student forum will be held with TALE 2022 on 5 Dec 2022. It provides an open platform for postgraduate students in HKSAR from different areas to communicate with each other, share insights, and facilitate interdisciplinary collaborations for broader research and societal impact. We here call for research poster submissions for postgraduate students to showcase research work. The accepted posters will be invited to present in the poster exhibition of the forum. We believe this forum would inspire more innovative thoughts and breakthrough ideas through cross-disciplinary discussions. For efficient idea exchange, accepted posters would be present in layman’s language at the exhibition to demonstrate the research work in an easy-to-understand manner.
