The physical conference will be held at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

In brief, during the first 3 days of arrival to Hong Kong, non-local participants can enter the conference venue (i.e., the PolyU campus), but non-local participants cannot enter certain places in Hong Kong, such as restaurants and places of public entertainment. If you want to go to these locations, you need to arrive in Hong Kong 3 days earlier.
